REFLECTIONS

Experience:

In these 14 weeks, I really learned a lot from Mr Vinod and Dr Charles. And I'm having fun with these tasks and projects, I can try different things and have fun with them. And the biggest change of me is I started to pay attention to lots of things that appear in my life, paying attention to the things I have learned in these 14 weeks like looking closely at some stickers and GIFs online, studying other typefaces that people made and knowing how much effort has been used behind the works. Other than that, I liked how Mr Vinod and Dr Charles gave feedback on our works one by one in class, it does not make us feel boring but fun. 

Observation:

A good designer does not only require designing skills but also require the ability to listen to others' opinions and feedback. Listening to others' opinions does not mean we are doing bad but improving ourselves to make it better. Different people have a different points of view, collecting different ideas can help to improve our works too.

Findings:
I found out that designing really require lots of time if you want to do it well, so it really requires the ability to time managing. And I found out that sketching is a simple thing but also an important thing in the process because sketching before starting to design is to make ourselves clear and explore more when creating something. Lastly, we should study more about designing to not just improve ourselves in skills but also our knowledge about designing.
