4. A.I. in Digital Media
The "A.I. in Digital Media" webinar highlighted how A.I. is transforming marketing by enhancing personalization, expanding production capacity, and automating tasks. A.I. creates highly individualized customer experiences through data analysis. It also speeds up marketing operations with its limitless production possibilities and automates repetitive jobs like social media administration and email marketing. While A.I. may affect job opportunities someday, since it can handle difficult jobs and free humans' hands to engage in strategic and creative projects, it should be seen as a solution to increase productivity rather than a threat to humans.
5. Digital Transformation and Solutions: The Importance of Making It Easy
The webinar "Digital Transformation and Solutions: The Importance of Making It Easy" focused on how advances in technology affect daily operations and job opportunities. For example, Sunway Pyramid's parking system now uses digital license plate recognition instead of using pen and paper to calculate the hours you spend in the mall for the parking fee. The speaker also mentioned the progress of technology has become more advanced over the few years since COVID-19 started, especially in video consultations like Zoom and Google Meet to meet various demands. The speaker emphasized that the course that we study is not the final destination, and finding career fulfillment might involve exploring different paths. For example, people might transition from law to entrepreneurship.
6. How to Build Your Personal Branding at Work & During Interviews
The webinar "How to Build Your Personal Branding at Work & During Interviews" highlighted how important personal branding is to making an impression and securing employment. It emphasizes including cultural diversity, integrating technology, and merging startup and enterprise cultures for modern success, using Agoda's strategy as an example.
