Task 3

We are going to work on the final products by 25/10/23 as the business school are going to need the final outcomes for their innofest exhibition.

For the website part, we used the references previously that we found online to do more wireframes for our websites:

Week 7
For the website, we are experimenting with adding graphic elements to the website to see how it looks. Here are some of the attempts:

Week 8

We are working on the website this week so that we can finish it before next week. I'm responsible for the product page, here are some of the attempts:

We sent these to the business school and they liked the top page of attempt 1 and the bottom page of attempt 4, so I made some amends and made the color suit the art style that they wanted since the color for attempt 4 is more darker. Here are the amended attempts:

We sent them these attempts and they preferred to change the background to cream or white color, so I changed the backgrounds:

Lastly, they chose attempt 9 as the final product page and shop page for the website.

Week 9
We showed Ms. Lilian our progression this week and got some feedback about our outcomes.

FEEDBACK

Week 7

- Have to ask what the client exactly wants for the packaging (prototype/artwork)

- Have to get content from the client for the website (word length affects the layout)

- If we decide to do reusable packaging like folding it and turning it into other things, then we have to experiment with it using cardboard.

- Have to get the contents for other things as well like for the packaging.

- Try out colors and graphic elements together for the website.

Week 8

Independent learning week.

Week 9

- The packaging is nice, and the idea of reusing the inner side as a divider box for storing tea bags, etc. 

- The video overall is nice, but the typeface in the video should be consistent (some with outlines, some with a box background)

- Try not to introduce new colors other than the color palette to keep the consistency.

- The text on the website should avoid justifying the text, it's tidy but will be hard to read.

- For the landing page, the image and text are not necessarily to overlap, make use of the space there.

- The graphic elements should not be distracting the information, try to remove or adjust the placement of graphic elements.

- Some of the typeface sizes can be larger, and FAQ's size is comfortable to read.

- The sign-in page is nice, love how the graphic elements integrate into the image there, can consider using it on other pages too.

- Overall, it is done, just some minor tweaking will be fine.

Week 7

Work on the website, experiment with the packaging and get the contents for the website and packaging from the business school.

Week 8

Keep working on the things that we are doing.

Overall done, just make some amendments based on the feedback.

REFLECTION

Experience

We have a whole week (week 8) to work on the website, and we have 3 people responsible for the website, so it feels not so heavy for me. We can discuss it together and have different opinions to make the website better and nicer for this project.

Observation

In these 2 weeks, teamwork is more important as 3 of us are working together on the website. We divided our work well and we discussed together most of the time while doing the website, so we could have different opinions other than ourselves. 

Findings

Although we all have other modules going on as it is already week 9, our teammates are still willing to work hard together for this project. And all of us will send our progression in the group to get suggestions from other teammates which I think is good. It is my pleasure to work with them as a team, everyone contributes a lot in this project.
