INSTRUCTIONS

Week 9 
We are tasked with creating landing page sketches and a topic for Project 1. I chose to design a customised gift store website, and here are my sketches:

After getting feedback from Mr Shamsul, my designs looks too old and outdated, so I should go and look for other websites like Adidas, Nike and Puma to improve my designs. Then I came up with these:

Then I proceed to start designing my landing page, and some ideas popped up when I'm adding images so it looks slightly different with the layout I did in Illustrator:

REFLECTION

Firstly I don't really have the sense of making websites even though I browse websites in daily life, I did not pay attention to the layouts. I browse a lot of websites for this project, and I realized my designs are really outdated. Hope I did ok in this project and the outcome did not look so outdated.
