This week we are grouping for our final project about the wayfinding to the Vortex lab. And my group members are Britney, Jo Min, Siew Ni, and Maisarah.

And this week, we tried to interview people with some random questions on campus to warm up ourselves and practice before interviewing Mr.Faisal in week 7.

Week 5
Wesak Day's holiday

Week 6
This week has 2 lectures as last week was holiday, we had lectures about meeting the users as we are going to interview our client from Vortex Lab, Mr.Faisal on week 7 (next week).

Week 7
We prepared questions to interview Mr. Faisal this week, we recorded them and also updated some on the Miro board.

Week 8
Independent learning week

Week 9
This week we are working on our own ideas for wayfinding to Vortex Lab. I did some research online and recorded them in Figma Jam:

Week 10
This week we have a short consultation session with Miss Dini and keep on working on our ideas and survey questions.

Feedback from Miss Dini:
1. You can change the phrase "worker" to "staff." The revised question could be: "Are you a student or staff member at Taylor's University?" Feedback: It is a good idea to use the term "staff" instead of "worker" to refer to individuals who work at Taylor's University. This revised question is clearer and more inclusive, as it encompasses both lecturers and general employees.

2. Question number two might be confusing as the term "staff" includes both lecturers and general employees. Perhaps you can reconsider the wording. Feedback: I understand that question two might be confusing since the term "staff" covers both lecturers and general employees. It would be beneficial to rephrase the question to ensure clarity. For example, you can consider asking, "Do you hold a teaching position at Taylor's University, or do you work in a non-teaching role?" This revision helps distinguish between teaching and non-teaching staff.
3. All your other questions are excellent and very helpful. Feedback: I'm pleased to hear that you found the remaining questions to be well-constructed and useful. It's essential to ensure the quality and relevance of all your study questions, and it seems you have achieved that.

Here's my questionnaire survey after getting feedback from Miss Dini:

Week 11

Week 12
This week is our last class and we have to present our ideas in Vortex Lab, we will get questions from Mr. Faisal too. Unfortunately, I got covid and I can't join the last class with Miss Dini :( But by watching the photos that my friends sent, I definitely felt nervous for them since it is the first time presenting in Vortex Lab.

REFLECTIONS

Throughout this module, I felt very relaxed as Miss Dini made the class free and chilled. Compare to other modules this semester, this module is more like a releasing stress module to me. I learned a lot in this module, especially communication skills and creativity as we have to interview people and I'm not a people who are capable of speaking. Other than that, I knew my creativity is lacking compared to others, sometimes I felt like I'm restricting my imagination and not bold enough to try new things. Hope I can improve myself to create and have more unique ideas for future assignments. Lastly, I appreciate Miss Dini's encouragement and being a fun lecturer to us. Thank you so much for everything! Love ya!
